What is an IFS OCEAN DROP Healing Circle?
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a non pathologizing model for mental health developed by Richard Schwartz. It holds that all human minds are made up of multiple aspects called "parts". Have you ever felt like... a part of me wants to do this but another part is saying "No Way!"? When working with an IFS Practitioner, you will get to know your parts and uncover your authentic Self.
What can I expect once I learn IFS?
As you learn and practice IFS you can expect to build a relationship between your higher Self and all the different aspects of yourself (parts that have come on line to protect you and your inner children). Once your protective parts start feeling appreciated they will take on healthier roles to help you out (instead of sabotaging like they so often learn to do). In the end you can feel like you are the conductor of a well rehearsed orchestra!
