What is IFS?
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a non pathologizing model for mental health developed by Richard Schwartz. It holds that all human minds are made up of multiple aspects called "parts". Have you ever felt like... a part of me wants to do this but another part is saying "No Way!"?When working with an IFS Practitioner, you will get to know your parts and uncover your authentic Self. This can help you create an internal team that is Self-led and confident in knowing the right path forward for you.
What is Music Meditation?
Music Meditation is for those who want a meditation practice that is a little more active. This approach utilizes percussion and ambient music to evoke self-healing. Participants can start to feel stress and anxiety evaporating into peace and calm in the very first session.
